UK Sport is the nation's high performance sports agency responsible for investing over £100 million per year in Britain's best Olympic and Paralympic athletes.

Established in 1997, UK Sport is accountable to Government through the Department for Culture, Media and Sport.

This series of brochures was targeted at elite coaches and Olympic athletes outlining the suit of training programmes available to them during a build up to major competition.
